Why? Because I've been there. I know what it feels like to be obsessing over food, to never feel like you're good enough and to let that fixation take control over your life. Deep down you know that there has to be a better way, but it's just so hard to get out of it by yourself... And that's what I'm here for.
I work with big hearted women (that's you) who are ready to ditch the self-hating lifestyle. Having been through an eating disorder (anorexia, bulimia and all the grey areas in between) and many years of emotional eating myself, I know that it can be daunting to commit to self love over self hate. I also know the value of working with someone who's gone through the same; in fact that is how I started my own healing journey.
My coaching is for anyone looks in the mirror and feels at war with the reflection staring back at them. It's for those who's food and body fixation is interfering with their ability to show up powerfully in their own life. It's for anyone who's gotten caught in the vicious cycle of self-loathing, emotional eating and inner mean girl talk.

We will do this by honing in on the emotional factors behind your habits and together work on developing a healthier routine and mindset. Our conversations will go beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love, relationships, career and a spiritual exercise. I will empower you to take charge of your health and provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. Think of me as your professional best friend, there for you every step of the way.

You can choose between a 1-month, 3-months or 6-months program. With each program, you will have 2x50 minute sessions each month or alternatively you can break it down into 4x25 minute sessions every week.

You are ready to break free from the tyranny of diets and self hate, throw away your scale (I'm serious) and commit to choosing self love over self loathing. This is my most popular program and gives us enough time to really dig deep.

You are 100% ready to commit to a self love lifestyle . But let's be honest - your limiting beliefs didn't appear over night, so it will take some time to reprogram them. Six months allows us completely overhaul your relationship to food and your body.

To become a holistic health coach, I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where I learned about innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics. This coaching, combined with my personal experience and 200hr Cert. Yoga Teacher Training, is what allows me to help you in your own self love journey.
